Product details, materials, finishes, quantities, prices and timing are confirmed only in project-specific documents.

2. Requests for quotation and contracts

Submitting a form or receiving a response does not create a contract or require either party to proceed. A project becomes binding only when the parties accept a separate written quotation, order confirmation or agreement that identifies the applicable specifications and commercial terms. If project documents conflict with these website terms, the project documents control for that project.

3. Artwork and materials you provide

You must provide only artwork, trademarks, text, images, product information and other materials that you are authorised to use. You retain ownership of your materials and grant us permission to use them only as reasonably necessary to evaluate or carry out your request. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality and completeness of materials you supply.

4. Samples, colour and production variation

Physical materials, print colours, screens and finishing processes may vary. Any sampling method, proof approval, production tolerance, inspection standard or remedy will be stated in the applicable quotation or order documents. Website illustrations and digital mockups are for general presentation unless expressly approved as a project specification.

5. Timing and delivery

Any sample, production or shipping timeline discussed before an order is confirmed is an estimate. Final timing, delivery responsibility, shipping scope and risk allocation must be stated in the applicable project documents. Delays may occur because of approvals, artwork changes, material availability, carrier events, customs or circumstances outside reasonable control.

6. Website intellectual property

The Foldelle Packaging name, logo, website design, original text and other site content are owned by or licensed to Foldelle Packaging and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and use the website for legitimate business inquiries, but may not copy, republish, scrape, sell or misuse site content without written permission.
