When you contact us or request a quote, we may collect your name, business email, company or brand name, country or region, packaging type, project requirements, target quantity, files and any other information you choose to provide.
Our hosting provider may also process basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, request time and security logs. We do not currently use advertising cookies, behavioural advertising or customer tracking tools on this website.
2. How we use information
We use information to review and respond to inquiries, prepare or discuss quotations, coordinate requested samples or services, operate and secure the website, prevent misuse, keep appropriate business records and comply with legal obligations. We do not publish your project details as a case study or testimonial without permission.
3. Legal bases
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information to take steps at your request before entering a contract, to perform a contract, to comply with legal obligations, with your consent, or for legitimate interests such as responding to business inquiries and protecting our website.
4. Service providers and disclosures
We may use service providers that process information on our behalf, including Vercel for website hosting, Sanity for content management and Resend for transactional email, when those services are configured. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business reorganisation.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we will use appropriate safeguards for international transfers. Provider locations and safeguards should be confirmed before production launch.

We retain inquiry and project information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage the business relationship, resolve disputes and meet legal, tax or recordkeeping obligations. Retention periods may vary according to the nature of the inquiry and applicable law.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the information involved. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Please do not submit payment-card details, government identifiers or other sensitive personal information through the quote form.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, or to withdraw consent. You may also have the right to complain to a data-protection authority. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

This website is intended for business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
