From Design to Delivery

Choose your box style, material and thickness, printing process, insert material and printing color. Foldelle then reviews your brief, confirms the quote and sample scope, and manufactures the approved packaging in our own factory.

Step 01 / 05
Choose Box Style
- You choose
- Choose a rigid box, magnetic box, folding carton, mailer or paper bag around your product and how it will be used.
- We confirm
- Share product dimensions, weight and quantity. We confirm the opening, size and product arrangement.
Compare the structure and opening, not just the outer shape. Step 02 / 05
Choose Material & Thickness
- You choose
- Choose paperboard, wrapped greyboard or corrugated board. Share a material reference, or ask us to recommend one.
- We confirm
- We review strength and feel for the selected format. Record thickness in mm and paper weight in gsm separately.
Different constructions need different material specifications. Step 03 / 05
Choose Printing Process
- You choose
- Share your artwork and print locations. Specify printing separately from finishes such as foil, embossing, spot UV or lamination.
- We confirm
- We review the printing method and finish compatibility with your material. Printing color is selected in Step 5.

Choose Box Insert Material
- You choose
- Choose paperboard, molded pulp, foam or no insert. For paper bags, choose handles, reinforcement and accessories instead.
- We confirm
- Share each item’s dimensions and weight. We check protection, arrangement and how easily the product can be removed.

Choose Printing Color
- You choose
- Choose CMYK, Pantone / spot color, or a combined route. Send brand color references or a physical printed sample.
- We confirm
- We agree how color will be reviewed on the selected material. A screen preview is not a physical color proof.

After your selections
From your brief to delivery.
We review your quantity, specification and destination to confirm the quote and sample scope. Once agreed, your project moves through these stages.
Stage 01Design preview
Review dielines, dimensions, artwork orientation and finish placement before sampling.
Stage 02Sample approval
Check size and fit with a structural sample; review print and color through the agreed sample process.
Stage 03In-house manufacturing
Our own factory produces the packaging to the approved specification. Confirm any changes before production.
Stage 04Quality control & delivery
We inspect finished packaging against the approved specification and arrange international shipping to the agreed destination.
